Why are WE here now?
There's a special group of people who like to challenge themselves, who are always looking for challenges that test their limits, and when they've overcome that one challenge, they're out there looking for the next one. They are driven to explore their curiosity, they have a lifelong learning mindset and they want to work with people who are better than they are.
They believe the impossible doesn’t stand a chance.
Some go on to become elite athletes, some take that fire and apply it to humanitarian causes, and some become entrepreneurs. They build things to make life better.
So WE are here to support these entrepreneurs in their endless pursuit of “what's next for me; the harder, the better!”
How do WE do it?
WE connect amazing entrepreneurs with challenges that explore their intellectual curiosity and give them the freedom to do the best work of their lives alongside the world's best performers.
WE believe in people (period).
The inspiration for this connection comes from our past experience.
Our founding members have started several businesses over the last 20 years and have been involved in several innovation projects around the world, from everything they have seen and explored, they realized that successful mid-sized organizations are in a perfect position to unlock exponential growth by delivering new products to existing or new customers, but this opportunity presents a challenge when it comes to how to run a successful innovation project - they lack time, space and people to execute.
To illustrate, consider the company Rocket Inc. Rocket Inc. has a successful product that is generating steady growth and revenue for the company. Rocket has a validated product and go-to-market strategy, and supporting such a successful case is a highly committed and engaged team; an amazing pool of talent all working towards the company's North Start.
Meanwhile, Rocket Inc.'s leadership team is impacted by opportunities, new challenges, and market demands that they can't respond to because their core product is the focus of the entire company. Faced with such a scenario, the leadership wonders: How can we explore problem 'x' or opportunity 'y' without losing our focus?

WE's mission is to build the best possible solution for our clients in less than 110 days, using our proprietary methodology that enables teams to move fast and cover as much ground as possible in such an uncertain phase of the startup lifecycle.
What does WE do?

When our clients present us with a challenge, WE apply our proprietary methodology and WE's mission is to deliver the best impossible result.
For each challenge, WE recruits an Entrepreneur Leader to lead a team of high performers through 100 days of collaborative work focused on building a real solution to test the market.
The process is divided into two parts: 10+100.
In the first 10 days, the WE team works with our client to explore what they're up to, how they see the challenge, how they can benefit from a solution and what they want to achieve. At the end of this phase, WE present a thesis to our client and get the go-ahead to start working on it.
